Health infrastructure update for Northern Grampians Shire

HEALTH infrastructure in Stawell is set to receive a funding boost thanks to a Victorian government grants program. The Regional Health Infrastructure Fund will see more than $1,500,000 invested into the region’s health services to upgrade old health infrastructure. Stawell Regional Health will receive a grant of around $1 million to replace theatre equipment, as well as $450,000 to consolidate and upgrade the fire detection system across four separate locations. Grampians Community Health will receive $30,000 to improve COVID-safe infection control for staff and clients at the Stawell Health and Community Centre.
